Tatiana: I find it tricky with some of my clients of really getting stuck on that what when is this going to work instead of yeah working on being more flexible tolerating and accepting and making space these uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. What if this is the piece of quote-unquote evidence that leaves my therapist to think that this is not OCD after all right? Tatiana: As therapists we also have to be on guard and thoughtful about why as Tatiana said why is this person sharing this right now and what are they looking for? Yeah and we have to really work on our poker faces. When we're able to laugh about things like that that's so it's kind of reassuring
