The Effects of Caffeine on Sleep

I don't usually drink coffee after about 10 o'clock in the morning. As you get older, I think you become more sensitive to the power of caffeine. It can start working in your body in about five minutes. You got a little friend there. High-folds visitor. it's not your tail. So you have a lot of caffeine. Your body can adjust to it. But yeah, I think when you drink a lots of caffeine or consume aA lot of caffeine, your body can adjust. Yeah. Because I wouldn't want it to affect my sleep.
