In addition to the 24 million person coverage loss, it tilts the whole system away from sick or older people who need help the most. It is a very large tax cut for rich people that will be paid for by taking health insurance away from poor people. People who cannot afford something do not have access to it. There is a reason that everybody in Congress gets health insurance, that they all take it up. The answer is cutting taxes for rich people. That's it.
