Is There a General Intelligence in AI?
AI is going to be very useful in lots and lots of individual verticals. The thing that I think everyone's puzzling about is is it more general than that? And you know, the extreme, you've got people at open AI who think like this is a step to general AI to AGI. This means computers that can actually learn and think for themselves. To me, this is actually a much more kind of intellectually fascinating problem.
