The Social Power of Measurement

I absolutely believe in the social power of measurement. We have to think whether we are in a bubble, which means that what you just said, okay, but which country are you in? And even if you bring a technology there and it worked in your place or in your country or in some countries,. It does not mean that you can directly translate those technological solutions to a specific country without understanding that context. What you matter is also fundamental. If you decide that you're going to matter and focus on GDP, then that has implications for the kinds of policies that you make. You need data and statistics to have a sense of a shared reality. So that's data what I call data as
