I think that the landlord do better verses like, this is what your rent is. They should be much more involved in the business and more partners with the people that are serving food. The idea that you would have to pay four thousand dollars or thirty five hundred dollars to live in manhatton, i think that went down massively. I firmly believe that covid shoved us in a direction that we should have gone a long time ago. And new york will come back, just like it always has....
