Working Mums

i really identify with this woman's situation, i have small children at home myself. I think that as long as she goes in with a strong point of view, she's able to demonstrate her value. She makes the point that working mums are often o the most efficient employeesa and then she also has a flexible attitude about whether it is four days a week or moreflexible schedule they want.
