Fasting haspeared to me, as i said in the beginning. As a cardeologist, i realize that when you first start your fasting, you aregoing to get of your edictions. I can be a tough, tough process for a couple of weeks. Then they start feeling better. They know the mental fog is gone. They sleeping better, their memory is better. And at the end of the day, the they just feel so much energy inside them athey say, 'I never felt so much energy before' So it's not all about fasts and abstinence: You need this metabolic flexibility toto become healthier and to heal some of the bad things that have happened
