The Bears' Unders and Unders

RJ: I'm down on the bears. The only thing that wears me about the browns is, and I know you say this isn't a sticky year to year, but every defense in that division last year was good. We are so confident it's going to happen this year because Tampa Bay isn't winning. They're division the other three guys off. 18 of the last 20 seasons, a team has gone from last place in their division to win the division the following year.
