The Challenge for Retailers

I think that the challenge for retailers, and particularly in the leadership, is to your point, I mean, the macroeconomic issues. There are times where you just kind of have to go for it. It may be a noble failure, but it's the right thing to do at the time. But there's a little bit of this black and white thinking all or nothing that goes on still. And I think that's a real barrier to progress.
