Are You Equipping Your Team With What They Need to Do Their Job?
When team members are distracted because they don't have appropriate tools to do their work, it becomes difficult for them to contribute at a higher level. When our basic needs aren't met, we're fighting for survival rather than focusing on achieving the mission. Are you equipping your team with what they need to do their job in to day's environment? This may also mean accommodations for working from home. And i would also put in this bucket your clarity on your work from home policy. Some of the statistics and why people are considering leaving their jobs is because their job is not allowing for flexibility.
