The Nature of Gravitational Waves
The North American nanohirts observatory for gravitational waves or nanograph could detect waves when they're in the right frequency. Because you have these super massive black holes orbiting each other and the orbit slowly decay, they go through a continuum of frequencies. At some point in their history, they're going to be generating gravitational waves at the frequency that the nanograph can detect. Now, this is a rare event, but the universe is a really big place. And so it's happening somewhere pretty much all the time.
