Is That Hacking?

The department of elementary and secondary education maintains a public facing web siht that lets you look up teachers, find their basic publicly available information. A journalist named josh reneau at the saint louis dispatch finds himself having discovered this vulnerability after looking for it. And i'm disgusted ye. To my mind, like the source coat of a website is the thing that you publish, and a browser is just one way of viewing that published content. But not hacking.
