You're calling on behalf of a buyer, so you knot have have someone who's remotely interested in buying and wondering if they're looking to sell sometime in the next few yearsa ouw i've gotten really smart with it when i call those people. Now, i'll actually call and say, look, i'm a fellow owner in the neighbourhood. I'll give em the address n my property, and i'll just tell em like, hay im, i'm in a look to sell property.
