How Deep Are You Into Growing Your Audience?

The first ten thousand followers is incredibly hard to go from. People get stuck at two thousand, like, all the time. And i feel like there's probably lot of people listening who a feel some shame about admitting to themselves that they feel bad about being stuck at a couple of thousand.
