What Is the Best Case?
Ike: The best case is that russia struggles to achieve its main objective, which is installing a pliant government in kiev. But diplomacy isn't over and i suspect we will start having talks with the russians on what compromise is. And there's going o be some very difficult questions asked about who will accept a neutralized ukraine. Somee then just to round off, and me, clearly, this is a very, very grave moment.
