The Importance of Product Personality in a Website

The classic example is always Mailchimp. It's a bit easier for them maybe to stick to brand or stick to the brand personality when they're running out of things. At the same time, I'm so impressed because they don't only have one copywriter or I assume they don't. They're really good at even in the emails they send out, reminders, everything is with a tongue and cheek copywriting,. which is really fun.
