Is There a Naturalistic Account of General Intelligence?

This is both very exciting and potentially mscary, because it does carry with it the real potential to give a natural explanation of the fundamental gots of our intelligence. But again, my endeavour here is not to convince you that this is the final a account or theory. It's to make plausible the possibility of a naturalistic explanation. We do know that there seems to be some important lationships between consciousness and self organizing criticality. And so this should all hang together such that the machinery of intelligence and the functionality of consciousness should be deeply integrated in terms of relevant realization.
