Bart's Christology: The Act of Revelation
God reveals himself wholly or exhaustively in his sphere of time and history. This Gishikta specifically is the place or the time or the history of God's gracious acts. It should be immediately noted that this act of revelation does not occur in our calendar time. For Bart, Jesus Christ alone is the revelation of God.
