The Punishment of Victims
The jinx had evidence that could potentially help put this guy away, and for no other reason aside from suspense, they withheld it. It's great that the jinx helped put Durst away eventually, absolutely. But even if there was a genuine delay in getting Durst's audio confession, it still seems like producers could have told law enforcement before telling the public instead. After all, if you really know this guy's a killer, wouldn't you want to stop him before he could hurt anybody else? I think their excuses are pathetic and should be considered as withholding evidence.
