We often get so hung up on just pure intensy. We're afraid of throwing a little fatigue in the system to see how the body deals with it. To me, the core of training is those just high quality, intense training days. But that doesn't mean something slightly longer ground contact time isn't actually valuable. And we can use fatigue to slow someone down. N and they're just figuring different things out in their body.
