I think that's sort of part of the antidote to perfectionism is like not going, okay, well, this is just how my brain is. Wherever we are in the spectrum, right? It's neither perfectionism of like shaming perfectionism. How do I make myself that way? And when I say every day is day one, like I day one myself to a million dollar business and all of my goals, because day one is my favorite. Let's go. It's day one again. Let's get on it."
