Is Diversity Inclusion Really Important?

Gladys: Don't just make it the women or again, whatever other minority. It's not just their initiative, we should all be doing it as good allies. I have to say, there's companies that do not really care about diversity inclusion. We are from different times on, different experience, different ages. That's the number one thing that we need to do in order to make sure that we advocate for everyone.
