Calorie Is a Not Equal
The idea that a calorie has the same effect across everybody is now been completely disproven for the reasons of structure, but also the individuality of us as humans. One in four people, about one in three women get a sugar dip, three hours after eating a carb meal. For those people, they actually go on and eat much more during that day,. They're tired, they're hungry, and they overeat. And so this really tells us that then they were identical calories. The way it's done at the moment, they're just a big disguise for poor quality food, you know, low-cal or whole foods with more calories. So that's the sort of the calorie question
