Is There a Constant Capitalist Incentive to Do That?

I think there is a constant capitalist incentive to get a little riskere right to go out get some paper, even from other rens. And i would suspect that there's some of that going on. Until people need to source real dollars out of this eco system, it's not clear to me that there's a problem. There's a latent problem, but it doesn't really become an active, present problem until this entire ecosystem as a whole has to go source these dollars.
