Ah, especially for the compound lifts, you probably don't have to be as aggressive with, you know, having high reps in reserve for your isolation work early in a block. Try sub extensions, bicep curls, lateral rases. You can probably push those relatively close to failure even y in the training block, and not have to really move em around too much.
