When we use the word acceptance in the buddhist context, it's different than what is implied or meant by our modern day society view of what acceptance means. When i accept something, all i'm doing is acknowledging the reality of a situation,. It's nothing more and nothing less. And again, a search for reality as a definition, you'd find that it's the world, or the state of things as they actually exist.
