How Can We Form Community Around Our Health?

Being in community can help us all improve our health. Here are some various efforts i know of that might spark your interest into forming community and building well being. In my town there's been an ongoing early morning outdoor swimming group. One was originally formed for fitness and training for triathlons. Another is a stitch and bitch group, where you work on some sort of needlework activity and chat while doing it. I'd love to share with you some things i've learned of people doing to foster their health, directly through the activities we might think of as healthy or even those broader aspects of wellness such as lifelong learning and curiosity.
