Heart Surgery - I'm a Caregiver

Former cleveland clinic toby cosgrove, whom i interviewed once, used to have his chief experience officer grade and rank every doctor. He had badges made up for everyone in the organization that said, i'm a care giver. And can you guess who do you think was least happy about that? It was the doctors rit the doctors bristled cause they're like, weight no, no, no. I'm the caregiver, right? Like deat. That's what we do. But it was a really symbolic thing where he wanted to help them all realize we're all in this together in service of our patients.
