Cheryl Williams compiled all of the questionable elements of Mike's disappearance into a 27 page document and contacted various law enforcement agencies. She was tireless in her efforts, refusing to take no for an answer. Investigators slowly stopped returning her calls as months passed by. In 2004, they finally agreed to open an investigation into Mike's disappearance. After examining all of the peculiar elements of the case, they agreed something didn't seem quite right.
