Having a Child Is a Good Practice
The intermediate between such it and all these phenomena is ego. The power of their personas, the movement of the British in mind are very powerful. Maybe maybe this position of witness is only an intermediate position before the beginning of more fluid practice of Admabhicara. If we just stay watching thoughts, we are being the witness. Being the witness, being the ego, ego is the witness in this sense. We are not the object, we are not any of these objects, we have a subject that is what is meant by witness.
