i have two questions about the role of transportation tchnology, specifically the car ompared with the freeway. And then too, kind of what transportation does to the level of demand for a number of cities. We're talking about a universe of six cities, which are baltimore, philadelphia, cleveland, saint louis, detroit and pittsburg. These are all cities that have lost, as mat noted, millions of people over the years. Collectively they've shrunk by about two thirds in the past half century or more.
