Gloucester and the Council of State

The council consisted of the dukes of Gloucester and Exeter. It also included five Earls, five Bishops, and five Barons or Knights. They essentially collectively acted as king. Next episode we'll find how all those guys worked together. But for the moment is the weekly word.
