Is Market Rate Housing a Sufficient Solution to Low Income Housing?
Nathan Robinson said Yimby's pay lip service to low income housing concerns, but in practice, they don't really focus on it. What did you think of his argument? I said really bad. It's a very bad argument. And he doesn't look at the empirical literature like market rate housing alone is not a sufficient answer to the problems of low income people and high rent cities. Like even if you didn't do anything else, that is still better.
