The Importance of Self-Care
In four hours in a space of four hours, I have recorded an upcoming YouTube video. By myself, no other help. And what's the issue is that I can't stop. In doing these kind of large chunks of work, what happens is I burn out. It's like you've been dropped on a foreign planet speaking a foreign language using foreign conventions and cultures and rules. That's what it feels like. You are isolated. There's communication differences. You're always being misunderstood. The way you act can lose things like friends and family, relationships, jobs. Isolation is massive as an autistic person.
