Advice for a Younger Designer?

We've been talking to day with a steve schwall and jan rod from idio, and their expertise on the future of transportation. My last question for them is what advice would you give your younger self? Jan: I would probably focus on ias as a younger er, i very often kind of used to be obsessed with tools and obsessed with fidelity and making things perfect. Steve: A shifting less from focusing on the perfect idea and more about how to foster and and a get those ideas out into the world is something that i would encourage others to do as well.
