Is the Stimulus the Reason for the COVID?

I don't think that we were in a completely neutral situation before COVID happened. The economy was really weak now you seem to just have a particularly low rate for no reason There's not inflation so you don't have to do something about it, but why are you keeping the rate this low? Because unemployment is already very low. So I Think the stimulus thing was An experiment which is fine, but you know we found out what it does. It does something that's very different than monetary policy.
