How Did You Start Investing in Multifamily Space?
Rama: I'm from in South India and I came to years around 2007. In Chile, I was 80 proprash now. I worked like around 15 plus years in I-D side and then I started investing into real estate from 2014-15 in Wilson, North Carolina. We closed one deal this year as GP that is 64 units in South Carolina. And also, I do run podcast like Mardi Gras, the AP 360. Rama,. 15 years in IT, that mirrors my life. I didn't enjoy it. I thought always know something is better.
