I absolutely believe that, you know, everything is kind of a double-desk sword. The things that make you great are most often also you're the things that you might be weak at. And so it is worth thinking about teams that are really, really great at or maybe not so great at one thing to just turn it around and be like, well, we're not great at this one thing because,. you know, we're probably great at this other thing.
