The book is a collection of 97 things every programmer should know. It was edited by Tricha, who says she and trisher come from very different points of view. The editor found it difficult to choose which pieces would be included in the book. She also said that there were times when people gave her contradictory advice. But on the whole they agreed with each other's point of view.
