Is It Possible to Create Superhuman Intelligence?

It's possible that there is experimentation happening to see if it's yoknw, if they can bump icus up a couple of clicks. Tho word ens conjures up a very scary spectre. And i could see why people would be concerned about that. What id prefer to see is that these technologies are just discussed about in the open and we make them available to everybody. At the moment, i don't see that happening.
