Euro Crisis - The Axe or Investment Managers?
It feels like Euro crisis all over again, except it's different. The big issue we had in 2011 is that there was nothing in the arsenal that you could use to actually stop this. This summer they came up with TPI, the transmission protection instrument. When does TPI start to become a real consideration? 250 basis points are spread right now. I'm just trying to wonder, what's the threshold when that starts to kick in?
