Is There a Common Strategy for Socialism?
I like the idea of a shared strategy and a shared movement. But there's something about calls for unity that feels quite artificial. I think once you call for unity, you've kind of lost it. What was going on with corbinism and with the burney saunders movement in the states is there was just delt a very clearly defined short term goal - to get those guys elected. And lots of people were able to agree on,. at least on the value and urgency of working towards that goal. Onlthere's a strong sensetive that that sort of unity action has been lost... i don't know why that americanism came but i e, i like that idea
