Is There a Paradox in Design?

i think there's a, and i don't really know where this will land, but i do think for so many different people, the boundaries of what is kind of in the scope of our jobs has shifted. And just watching librarians suddenly be forced to be essential workers because it's considered you got to stay open... It's been really interesting to see them revolt.
