How to Have Difficult Conversations

There are people i love who can't raise a sceptical question with a denier without blasting them out of the water. That's why, at the scent of recommunicating science, we teach how to have difficult conversations. We all feel it. I know you do. It takes thought and care and practice. Even if nobody changes their mind as a result of the kind of conversation we're talking about  at least we'll have promoted a series of civil conversations that might lead to more co-operation.
