We're Not Languishing Anymore

I just am so grateful for the people that listen and the people that support the show the people that make it possible for us to keep this conversation going. I think a lot of what we're gonna be talking about in 2022 is how we either get back to or get to for the first time a way of relating to other people and a way of understanding and connecting with ourselves that creates a genuine sense of energy. There there does come a point in each day where we sort of either realize that we wish we we wish we were still asleep or we're glad to be aware and awake and conscious. Sometimes consciousness is a burden and sometimes it's painful but you're not gonna become a morning person
