Investing in Emerging Country Debt

i want to ask you about a piece you wrote in 20 12 titled the what, why, when and how goe to owning emerging country debt. What motivated that pieced and how was it received by various investors? Sure, i think every ascet manager eventually has to produce something along these lines. Thit ask, why emerging debt? Like, what's the purpose of this thing? And so this was our shelf piece to describe to a hypothetical allicator what they should be on the lookout for.
