Cognive nerov science is explicitly interested in connecting cognitive theoriesthit the brain. It was criticized quite a bit at the beginning, cause it felt like ne phrenology and pointing to areas that would activate while you were talking or thinkingor doing whatever. But as the field has matured, information about where things happen, what circuits are involved, is starting to inform cognitive theoriesQuite a bit, yo think. I mean, i've encountered personally, a few people of what i would call an older fashioned behaviorist perspective who tend to be quite negative towards a lot of these modern diagnostic techniques.
