The Thing That Keeps Us Alive Is Relationships

I wonder if the problem got worse over the last couple of years because our social support systems kind of broke down. We weren't allowed to meet with each other. Yes, they vanished. And a lot of us probably have gotten more comfortable being isolated than we were two years ago. I think our bodies have gone into frieze. And just sas we're out. Now's the season for courage and bravery well.
