How to Pass Out Halloween Candy
A big one for Halloween, I feel like, was always, if you forgot to take your jack lantern in from the porch. High school age kids would come around at night and they would take the pumpkins and smash them into the street. Another big one is toilet paper in somebody's house. So that's another thing that you do at Halloween. You play a prank on someone and you throw toilet paper on their house. It's great when it's a night that it rains because Halloween is one of those days it can either rain or be hot.
